Family Medicine Residency Curriculum

The Lake Cumberland Family Medicine Residency encompasses a wide range of progressive family-centered patient care experiences.  Family medicine residents care for patients of all ages with a wide breadth of acute and chronic conditions on the following schedule:

  • Orthopedics/Sports Medicine
  • Pediatric
  • Practice Management
  • Pulmonary Disease
  • Radiology
  • Rheumatology

FM residents will also participate in

  • Outpatient Morning Report (M-F)
  • Inpatient Morning Report 
  • Noon Didactic Lecture (T-F)
  • Monthly M&M
  • Quarterly Skills Day 
  • Quarterly Grand Rounds
